We are not a bulk billing practice, with the exception of children under 16, health care card holders and pensioners.

Important Update: Appointment Policies

  • Telehealth Appointments: Telehealth consultations are generally not bulk billed unless you are a pension card holder or a child under 16 years old. Please note that new patients are not eligible for telehealth appointments.
  • Missed Appointments: A $50.00 cancellation fee applies to missed appointments or late cancellations.
  • New Patient Appointments: Initial consultations for new patients are not bulk billed.
  • Multiple Health Concerns: If you have more than one medical concern, please book a Long Appointment.
  • If multiple concerns are discussed in a standard appointment, the consultation may not be eligible for bulk billing.
  • Long Appointments & Weekend Visits: These appointments are generally not bulk billed.
